포모브루 계정 삭제 (PomoBrew account deletion)

포모브루(PomoBrew) 계정과 그 데이터를 지우는 방법입니다. 개발자: Ongil

앱에서 바로 지우기

1. 포모브루 앱을 열고 로그인합니다.
2. 카페 화면에서 내 정보 → 설정을 엽니다.
3. 맨 아래 계정 칸에서 계정 삭제를 누르고 확인합니다.

앱 없이 요청하기

앱을 지웠거나 로그인할 수 없으면 moon@ongil.me 로 메일을 보내 주세요. 제목에 "포모브루 계정 삭제"를, 본문에 가입한 이메일 주소(또는 Apple·Google 로그인이면 그 계정의 이메일 주소)와 닉네임을 적어 주세요. 계정 주인인지 확인한 뒤 앱에서 지운 것과 똑같이 처리하고, 처리했다고 답장을 드립니다.

지우는 정보

• 닉네임, 이메일 주소, 프로필 사진, Apple·Google 계정 식별자, 푸시 알림 토큰, 로그인 토큰 — 바로 지웁니다.
• 카페 채팅 메시지 — 보낸 뒤 7일이 지나면 지워집니다.

남는 정보

• 집중 기록·카페 성장 기록 — 친구와 함께 쓰던 카페의 기록과 이어져 있어 남지만, 누구의 기록인지 알 수 없게 됩니다.
• 결제 기록 — 전자상거래 등에서의 소비자보호에 관한 법률에 따라 5년 동안 보관합니다(유료 상품을 산 경우).
• 앱 사용 통계(Google Analytics) — 계정과 연결하지 않은 기기별 무작위 식별자로만 모으며, Google Analytics 의 보관 기간이 지나면 지워집니다.

To delete your PomoBrew account in the app: open Profile → Settings from the cafe screen and tap Delete account in the Account section. Without the app, email moon@ongil.me with the subject "PomoBrew account deletion" and the email address you signed up with. We delete your nickname, email address, profile photo, sign-in identifiers, push token and sign-in tokens immediately; chat messages are deleted 7 days after they were sent. Focus history stays only in anonymized form, and purchase records are kept for 5 years as required by Korean consumer protection law.
